These terms govern your use of the TidyCalm app. By using TidyCalm, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

TidyCalm analyzes a photo of a room and generates a suggested list of tidying tasks with rough time estimates. It's a tool to help you get started — not professional advice.

Accounts

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location, and at least 13 years old, to use TidyCalm.

Subscriptions and billing

TidyCalm offers a limited free use, with continued access available through an auto-renewable subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Prices and plan details are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse TidyCalm. In particular, don't upload content you don't have the right to use, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law.

About the task suggestions

Tasks and time estimates are generated automatically and are provided "as is." They are suggestions only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on TidyCalm for any safety-critical decision.

Intellectual property

TidyCalm and its content, branding, and software are owned by us and our licensors. The photos you provide remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TidyCalm is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using TidyCalm at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you violate these terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
